About My Clients
Using a culturally sensitive lens, I welcome individuals of all ethnic, racial, + spiritual backgrounds, along the gender + sexuality spectrum. Polyam- + BDSM- knowledgeable, + sex worker friendly. I particularly welcome creatives, other therapists, + outliers who've tried therapy but didn’t feel like their therapist “got” them. I am experienced working with folx around intimacy, identity, sex workers + their partners, anxiety, aging, ADHD, depression, grief, shame + developing self compassion.
My Background and Approach
You deserve to feel love and belonging, to be accepted exactly as you are. As your therapist, I will invite you into a deeper and more rewarding relationship with yourself, and make space for the person you are growing into, with compassion, warmth, and gentle curiosity. With a spirit of play and creativity, I encourage you to engage your sense of wonder, so we can identify and build on your unique strengths. Words can be hard to access at times, so we may also use arts, sandtray, writing, ritual, and body awareness, as we explore what it means to be you. Looking for relationship counseling with your partner(s)? I will help you learn to slow down and LISTEN to each other with curiosity, respect, and a willingness to be surprised. With partners in all kinds of relationships, I support you to communicate more effectively, and see the best in one another.
