About My Clients

I strongly believe in the concepts of HAES (health at every size) and strive to create an inclusive environment for individuals from diverse backgrounds, including but not limited to Black, Indigenous, POC, LGBTQIA+, persons with disabilities and Neurodiverse (Au/ADHD) communities. I am also dedicated to supporting individuals exploring and processing trauma, substance use, men's issues, LGBTQ+ or racial identity development, self-esteem, and ADHD/Autism.

My Background and Approach

As a scientist-practitioner, I am passionate about utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Liberation Psychology. Guided by principles of social justice and person-centered therapy. You'll know that I truly have your back.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I find much pride in my intersecting identities and believe that I am who I am because of my community and chosen and birth family! I would love to get to know you and your story; we can schedule a complimentary consultation to see if we’re a good fit. I wish you well on life’s journey and hope that I can be a small part of it!
