My Background and Approach
I offer telehealth psychotherapy utilizing research based mental health practices in the following areas... DBT Skills Training, Teen and Adolescent Counseling, Addiction and Substance Abuse Counseling, Self-Harm and Trauma Counseling, and Individual Parent and Family Counseling. I hold a Master's of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School and Family Based Counseling. I have extensive experience treating survivors of trauma, abuse and adverse childhood experiences. My clinical experience has focused on teens and adolescents experiencing anxiety and depression, the effects of trauma, self-harm, addiction, and substance abuse. I also specialize in treating parents as they struggle through the journey of parenting emotionally affected teens. In addition to teens and their families, I treat adults struggling with attachment and abandonment trauma as well as those experiencing perinatal and postnatal anxiety and depression.
