About My Clients
I specialize in mindfulness-based treatments, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ART) and work primarily with young adults and adults. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions. Some clients prefer a mix.
My Background and Approach
I believe we can all thrive under the right circumstances. I strive to cultivate a nonjudgmental, supportive space where my clients feel safe to work on sensitive issues. The first goal of therapy is often to improve your ability to deal with whatever problem is immediately in front of you. The next is to raise awareness of patterns in your daily life that prevent you from obtaining the peace and fulfillment you desire. We'll work together to get unstuck and find a way forward.
