My Background and Approach
I'm a licensed professional counselor of over 10 years of experience. I help individuals find their footing in the midst of chaos. Couples are able to find the spark that they thought was lost. I offer a safe and non-judgemental space while keeping it real and specialize in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy, Multiracial Counseling, and Client-Focused Therapy.
