My goal is to empower individuals, helping them uncover their intrinsic worthiness and guiding them towards a path of self-discovery and acceptance.

Treating PTSD involves creating a safe environment for processing trauma. Using trauma-focused therapies, I guide clients in reprocessing distressing memories. The goal is to reduce their impact, alleviate symptoms, and foster adaptive resolution, empowering individuals to regain control over their lives and find renewed strength in their healing journey.

Addressing intergenerational trauma involves acknowledging inherited wounds and their impacts. Using a trauma-informed approach, I guide clients in exploring family dynamics and historical influences. Through validation and healing dialogue, we work towards breaking cycles of pain, fostering resilience, and promoting generational healing, empowering individuals to rewrite narratives and find paths toward restoration and well-being.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) engages thoughts and behaviors. It helps in recognizing unhelpful patterns and creating effective coping strategies. By targeting distinct issues, CBT empowers individuals to manage emotions and cultivate enduring, positive transformations in their lives.

EMDR therapy aids in reprocessing distressing memories. Through bilateral stimulation, I guide clients in desensitization, reducing trauma's emotional impact. This approach facilitates adaptive resolution, relieving symptoms, and fostering psychological healing.

DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) combines acceptance and change. It equips clients with skills to regulate emotions, tolerate distress, and enhance relationships. Through practical training and validation, DBT fosters emotional control and balanced living.
