About My Clients
My goal is always to guide my clients toward what they want to achieve. I believe that we are all experts of ourselves so my role is to guide you toward healing while honoring your personal values. I’ve found this to be essential as I’ve guided people of different sexualities, races, family structures and cultures, ages, abilities, and socio-economic backgrounds to identify what values are important to them and how to finding healing according to those values.
My Background and Approach
I am a Colorado based Licensed Clinical Social Worker who loves working with clients to manage difficulties with anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and other difficult to manage mental and emotional experiences. My particular passion is in trauma healing and managing difficult emotions related to trauma. I come to my sessions as my authentic self and prioritize creating a comfortable atmosphere where clients can feel safe diving into difficult emotions and experiences. My goal is for my clients to gain a more precise understanding of themselves and how they interact with the world around them so that they feel more in control of their emotional experiences.
