I always want you to feel like you are in the driver's seat and I am riding along as your guide. I work from an elective perspective in order to customize your therapeutic experience including DBT, ACT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused, Person-Centered, Trauma-Focused, and Attachment-based.
