About My Clients

I work best with people who feel stuck, misunderstood, or exhausted by traditional talk therapy. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, depression, or deep emotional wounds from childhood or past relationships. I help uncover the hidden roots of your pain. If you feel like you’ve tried everything and nothing works, I offer a compassionate space to explore what’s really going on and guide you toward true healing.

My Background and Approach

I believe healing happens when we feel truly seen. As a therapist trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR, I help people go beyond surface-level coping to uncover the deeper wounds that keep them stuck. My experience has shown me that symptoms like anxiety, depression, and relationship struggles are often echoes of unhealed pain, pain that longs to be witnessed with compassion. In our work together, I offer more than just tools; I offer a space where all parts of you are welcomed. My background in trauma therapy allows me to gently guide you toward the root of your struggles, helping you untangle patterns that no longer serve you. Whether you feel lost, disconnected, or simply tired of carrying the same burdens, I walk with you at your pace. You don’t have to do this alone. There is a Wise One within you waiting to be heard, and I’m here to help you listen. Healing is not about fixing what’s broken. It’s about reclaiming the wholeness that was always yours.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe trust is sacred and must be earned, not assumed. As a straight white man, I recognize the privilege I hold and the impact of systemic oppression, especially the harm that men who share my identity have caused for a long time. I am committed to listening, learning, and honoring your story with respect and care. I am an LGBTQ+ ally and honor all identities, faiths, and ways of being. I view mental health through the lens of social justice, recognizing that trauma is not just personal but also systemic and generational. Your struggles do not exist in a vacuum, and healing does not mean conforming to a system that was not built for you. It means reclaiming the parts of you that have been silenced, dismissed, or forced to adapt. I strive to create a space where all of you is welcome, where you don’t have to justify your pain, and where your identity is met with deep compassion. My spirituality is one of deep curiosity, seeking divine truth while holding space for mystery.
