I am passionate about working with the care-givers, the helpers, and those holding onto something. I work best with clients seeking to explore a deeper understanding of their own history, identities and goals for therapy. My practice welcomes and centers those from the neuro-divergent, LGBTQIA+, and CNM community.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Societal and systemic causes of oppression (economic, gender, cultural) can incubate issues in our personal lives. In my practice, I deeply value decolonial and anti-capitalist ethos in navigating through the challenging seasons in life and supporting ourselves to move away from the scarcity mentality, and towards the thriving life you deserve.
