My Background and Approach

My approach blends evidence-based practices, including CBT, ERP, I-CBT, EMDR, DBT, and the Gottman Method, with a holistic perspective. I work with individuals and couples, helping them overcome OCD, anxiety, trauma, and navigate life transitions. My practice is neurodiversity-affirming and LGBTQIA+ inclusive, supporting those with ADHD, autism, giftedness, and identity exploration. I believe healing integrates the physical, emotional, and mental, and I’m committed to providing a space for deep self-exploration and transformation. With a background in working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQIA+, ethical nonmonogamy, and kink/BDSM communities, I tailor therapy to each person’s unique journey. Together, we’ll challenge what no longer serves you and move toward a life aligned with your authentic self.
