About My Clients
If you feel stuck fighting, yelling, or feel betrayed by a partner who cheated, I would love to help you develop skills for improving communication, build a sense of connection, appreciation, fondness, and deep, long lasting intimacy. I like to look from a holistic perspective and see you as a whole person in mind, body and spirit within your romantic relationship. Inner child pain and trauma plays a role in couple arguments, so I also specialize in complex childhood trauma within counseling.
My Background and Approach
I have 500 hours of training in yoga therapy for trauma. As well, I am Gottman level two certified help distant, distressed couples who need help repairing after an affair, infidelity, secret keeping, or lying. If you feel a sense of betrayal, hurt or resentment, I would love to work with you and your partner to hear what’s going on for you both emotionally, and then help you and your partner reach your goals of having a beautiful, emotionally in tune relationship. In counseling, I assess areas of growth and help you build a toolbox of communication skills for years into the future. I would love to help you and your partner build meaningful connection, honesty, sense of playfulness, and laugh together again.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am LGBTQIA+, queer, non-binary, and transgender educated and affirming. I work with same-sex couples, monogamous couples, heterosexual couples, and consensual non-monogamy. If your spouse has come out and you feel confused, I would love to help you both develop a sense of newfound family values around LGBTQIA+ matters. I also love yoga, and I am a spiritual person.
