About My Clients
"I'm not good enough." This annoying, familiar voice keeps showing up. It's just one of the ways trauma has left a mark. Your anxiety often turns into irritability and you end up snapping at people. Now you'll be losing sleep over-analyzing this at night. The next day, you wake up tired and grumpy. When someone asks how you are, you fake a smile and answer "good." It's not like you can say "I was up all night replaying an unpleasant social interaction over and over in my head, again."
My Background and Approach
We can disrupt negative thinking loops and neutralize painful events. There are ways to look back on trauma from a distance without reliving it. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method, I will tailor various techniques to match your unique needs. My intention is to provide enough relief and support to make room for hope and resilience to grow. I have experience helping young adults and adolescents who struggle with trauma, anxiety, depression, anger expression, and substance use. Let's make stress a little more bearable. Regain a sense of control. Our work together will start to untangle issues by increasing self-awareness and developing coping skills. Allowing values to guide behaviors will let you live a fuller, more meaningful life. Remove obstacles in your relationships, work, and joy. It's time to get unstuck.
