About My Clients
My clients are seeking deeper relationships with themselves and others. They want more out of life, have a growth mindset, and are interested in mind-body-spirit connection. They want to say goodbye to old patterns and gain insight on both their unconscious and conscious behaviors so that they can be back in the driver’s seat of their own life. They are self motivated, and appreciate more of a solution-focused and coaching approach.
My Background and Approach
I utilize a lot of mindfulness in my work, and other tools and techniques to get you more connected to yourself and your body in this present moment. I believe you’re the expert in your own life, and I’m here merely as a guide to help you discover what’s blocking you from living the life that feels more aligned! I’m holistic in my approach and believe that there are many paths to healing. Together we can strategize on how to get you back to wellness and feeling that wholeness that you already have within you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My spiritual beliefs are eclectic, and I can integrate spirituality into sessions from many different value systems, if appropriate and desired by you. In addition to being a licensed therapist, I have a second business where I am an intuitive life coach and utilize metaphysical tools such as Tarot cards and Shamanic journeying to help clients get unstuck. I’m passionate about connecting with animals and nature, meditation, and holistic health.
