In our therapeutic alliance, I will help you to focus on your strengths and internal resources and learn to build upon them. I work with adolescents, teens and adults of all gender identities & sexual orientations. You will find working with me to be solution-focused, educational, supportive, safe & non-judgmental.

I value developing a relationship with my clients in a non-judgmental, comforting, sensitive, safe environment. My therapeutic style is warm, empathic and caring yet direct. I tailor therapeutic interactions and treatments to meet each client's needs. I enjoy helping clients create the kind of change that makes them happier and fulfilled both inside and outside. My clients are very invested in being successful in all aspects of their lives, including their romantic and interpersonal relationships. As a result, they tend to be open to self exploration and hold themselves accountable for their involvement and commitment to treatment. My clients are typically willing to emotionally, cognitively, and financially invest in the treatment process.
