Ever wake up feeling a lack of purpose? Do you find it hard to stop your mind from racing? Has the stress of day-to-day life felt too overwhelming. I know exactly what you're feeling, and you are not alone. I accept clients from teens through adulthood, ages 13 years and up.
My Background and Approach
I prefer to treat my clients with a collaborative-style approach. It is my belief that the provider-client relationship is one built on open communication and shared treatment ideas. I am a firm believer in helping others to help themselves and offer a supportive-guidance role in the treatment process. After your first session with me, you should be more at peace with better understanding your collaborative journey ahead, and ways in which to successfully navigate it together.
