I bring a wealth of experience and education to her role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. With over six years dedicated to Substance Abuse and Mental Health, Lee has developed a profound understanding of the complexities involved in these areas. Her academic background includes a Bachelor’s in Psychology from California State University Channel Islands and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy from California Lutheran University. Lee’s therapeutic approach is client-centered, emphasizing the importance of tailoring treatment to each individual's unique needs. She employs evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address a range of issues, including depression, trauma, anxiety, and addiction.
