I want to empower you by providing the tools necessary for you to overcome anxiety, depression, and trauma. To some extent most of us have suffered from fear, sadness, and loneliness on some level. Sometimes our suffering is due to people in our lives, society/culture, and the uncertainty of life. And sometimes we don't know why we feel the way we do. I will assist you in navigating through the healing process. I want you to feel heard, validated, and accepted.
My Background and Approach
I have over 7 years experience as a therapist and more recently I have been working as a life coach. I work with a broad spectrum of diverse clients from the ages of 18 years old and older. My areas of expertise are in providing a safe, healing, non-judgmental, compassionate atmosphere for clients to overcome difficulties and develop strategies to live a more purposeful and meaningful life. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution Focused Therapy) and techniques in order to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
