This year and last have been hard and if you feel more anxious, forgetful, and sad, you aren't alone. It's a difficult time for most people and when you add in our own personal life battles and traumas, it can be exhausting. I want to help you get to a better place emotionally and physically.
My Background and Approach
I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral therapy and am certified as an Adoption Competent Therapist, Certified Health Coach, and can do ESA evaluation. I am solution-focused and use many aspects of Positive Psychology to help you live your best life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I offer affordable services because you are worth my time and mental health should not be a luxury only people with money can afford. My fees $80/hour or $40/half an hour.
