About My Clients
My goal is to support you in creating the life you want for yourself. I work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-identity, stress management, trauma recovery, negative thinking, ADHD, or Autism.
My Background and Approach
I use an eclectic approach to find the tools that are the best fit for each unique client and situation. I draw from evidence-based techniques such as CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, and Expressive Therapy. I work with each client to clarify their goals and future vision for themselves. This may include addressing areas of employment, communication skills, relationships, managing emotions, stress, or self-esteem. Sessions are relaxed, friendly, and conversational. Sometimes we sit with heavy emotions and sometimes we laugh. We can use creative expression to help further our therapeutic exploration if you are open to it.
