Brainspotting is a brain body technique for healing emtional trauma, anxiety, depression and PTSD. It is based on the premise where you look, or your eye postiton correlates with deep seated emtional sexperieces that are typically unreaschable by trational talk therapy. It helps those that are stuck get unstuck.

Couples therapy is often focused to help to improve the couples communcationn, resolve conflicts, understand their partners better and often work with couples going through infidelity.

EMDR- EYE MOVEMENT DESENSIZATIAON AND REPROCESSING. It is a form of psychotheroay developed by Franciene Shaprio in 1988. A patient is asked to recall the distressing images, then the therapsit directs the patient in one type of bilateral stimulation, such as eye movements or tapping. With this type of stimulation; bilateral, which is associated with a reduction in vividness and emotion associated with the trauma memories.
