My Background and Approach
With expertise in addressing depression, anxiety, anger issues, grief and loss, and trauma, I'm committed to guiding you through your journey towards healing. In our sessions, I offer a safe and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I use evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to your unique needs, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed interventions such as brain spotting. I have received phase I training in BrainSpotting, a powerful therapeutic approach that taps into the brain's natural ability to heal from trauma and other emotional challenges. In short, I will assist you in developing effective coping strategies, and building more resilience. Together, we can work collaboratively to uncover unhelpful thoughts, emotions, and building more insight while fostering a more positive direction in your life.

I can provide space to navigate these changes and explore their impact. While growing up, I struggled with anxiety, grief, and anger issues. Through my own therapy, I learned how to cope with my anxiety while learning to manage my anger. I have learned to use various coping strategies, so it no longer has the control over me they once had.
