About My Clients
Welcome. By visiting this page, you may be acknowledging that something needs to change, and that’s a courageous first step. Many of us go through life in “hard mode,” as if we’re walking with Lego pieces inside our shoes—feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure how to move forward. But it doesn’t have to be that way. I’m here to collaborate with you on your healing journey, helping you navigate a path toward a life that doesn’t feel like a daily battle.
My Background and Approach
My practice is rooted in creating a safe, inclusive space where you can feel heard and understood. I believe in building genuine partnerships to define and achieve your therapeutic goals. I honor each person’s individuality, considering the full spectrum of your life experiences, including socioeconomic, political, and neurodiverse factors. My approach is trauma-informed, health-at-every-size, and culturally responsive, ensuring that your care is compassionate and tailored to your unique needs. I strive to address your mental, physical, and spiritual needs, recognizing that true well-being involves nurturing all aspects of your life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My journey in mental health began with a degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina, where I worked within diverse communities, supporting individuals across various ethnic, racial, sexual, and gender identities. I continued my education at Vanderbilt University, earning a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in psychiatry, where I was honored to receive the Outstanding Student award. My passion for learning led me to complete a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at Vanderbilt, focusing on Sleep Dysfunctions and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi). My electives included LGBTQIA+ Health and Genetics in Clinical Practice, reflecting my commitment to understanding and addressing the unique needs of all individuals and communities. I also actively engage in ongoing education, attending seminars and training in Perinatal Mental Health, to stay current and provide the best possible care.
