My Background and Approach
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a holistic modality in which ketamine is used as a complement to psychotherapy to help eligible patients experience more frequent breakthroughs and sustained improvement in symptoms. I take on the psychotherapy portion of the experience, while Journey Clinical’s medical team supports you on all medical aspects. Processing and integration are foundational elements on the journey of healing. I am currently accepting new clients for all groups currently being offered. Virtual groups include 'Ketamine Integration', 'Family Support', & 'Stress Management'. Applications currently being accepted for closed and open in-person 'Ketamine Assisted Therapy' Groups.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Since graduating with my Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling in 2016, I have obtained certifications in DBT and Brainspotting. I am currently participating in a year long program to become a Certified Psychedelic Assisted Therapist. I started my virtual private practice in 2019. I feel honored and grateful to be able to connect with so many wonderful people that I would have never had the opportunity to work with otherwise. One rule I live by is that I would never ask my clients to do something that I am not willing to do myself.
