I approach therapy with a trauma-informed foundation of acceptance and mindfulness and serve as your travel guide on a journey of self-exploration. I believe that developing a nonjudgmental understanding of who we are and what we truly value steers us towards more meaningful connections with ourselves and the world around us. I appreciate the uniqueness of every individual and tailor treatment to each client’s needs, focusing on their strengths and desires for change. I utilize a combination of acceptance and commitment therapy, somatic-based psychotherapy, and motivational interviewing to work with clients in achieving their goals.
