My Background and Approach
My approach includes elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and Psychodynamic, among many others, with a big emphasis on building a strong, trusting relationship. I believe that making small shifts in how you think, feel, and act can have big ripples in your life, and I’ll be right there with you as we navigate it all. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
In my therapy practice, I believe that healing doesn’t have to be all serious business—there’s plenty of room for humor and lightness, even when dealing with the tough stuff. Life can be messy, complicated, and sometimes downright absurd, and I’m here to help you make sense of it in a way that feels real, relatable, and maybe a little less overwhelming.
