My practice is focused on providing personalized therapy to individuals, couples, and teens, as well as those struggling with disordered eating. The tools that I'll provide you with are tools that I have been perfecting over my career helping people just like you. I have dozens of them. My approach utilizes evidence-based techniques, uniquely tailored to each client. Therapy is more than addressing crises, it's a stepping-stone to personal growth, achieving life goals, and fostering resilience. I am deeply committed to supporting my clients as they navigate through life's challenges and transitions. Working together, we can explore strategies to manage stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship challenges, and more. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
From personal experience, I truly believe that change and personal growth are possible at any stage of life. I believe that mental health issues often arise from unhealthy learned behaviors and patterns - the good news is that these can be unlearned and replaced with healthier ones. I speak from personal experience: I used to grapple with self-esteem issues and stress-related problems, but through my own journey in therapy, I found tools and techniques that helped me overcome these obstacles. I'm a firm believer in continuous personal development and lifelong learning - values I apply not just to my clients, but to myself as well. I love to stay active and find that a healthy body helps cultivate a healthy mind. I'm a fervent supporter of the New York Giants, but I promise I won't hold it against you if you're rooting for another team.
