About My Clients
My goal is to provide everyone who comes through my door with a safe, empathetic, and welcoming space to explore their challenges, process their thoughts and emotions, and experience healing. I aim to provide my clients with the support and tools they need to lead their ideal lives.
My Background and Approach
I treat a variety of concerns including, but not limited to, sexual trauma, complex trauma, combat trauma, relational issues, anxiety, depression, and OCD. I work with individuals ages 16+ from all different backgrounds. I have a passion for serving the veteran, LGBTQ+, and BIPOC communities. I use an integrative, multicultural, trauma-informed approach that is mainly based on, but not exclusive to, person-centered, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral techniques. Every person is different, so I aim to employ different techniques that fit each of my clients best!
