About My Clients
If you are looking for guidance with depression, anxiety, trauma, or stress, it takes courage to ask for help. Admitting you can’t do everything on your own is the first step toward achieving wellness in a fast-paced, demanding world. The good news is, asking for help gets easier with a little practice.
My Background and Approach
I use a variety of approaches to address my clients’ unique needs. Many successful treatment plans will utilize a foundation of expressive arts therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, multicultural therapy, person-centered therapy, and/or psycho-education, then quickly move toward a tailored treatment plan and approach that includes tools to help sustain the growth experienced in regular therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am passionate about anti-racist work and decolonizing therapy, educating myself and trying to do better on a daily basis. I have a background in Expressive Arts Therapy and Trauma-Informed Care, both of which help me to provide the most appropriate treatment for each person that I work with.
