My goal is to support you in finding ways to feel better that ‘stick’, providing support and insights to help you clarify and take action on your path forward. As a psychotherapist, I have an eclectic, evidenced-based approach, honoring clients’ unique stories, needs, values and goals, informed by the approaches of Narrative Therapy, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.

Being able to express and act on your own identities, decisions, needs and goals is profound both as individuals and as a collective in countering oppressions. My work is to help individuals thrive, to heal and be fulfilled in their lives.
