I practice mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy, ages 11 to 111. You can meet with me outdoors via walk and talk/outdoor seated therapy, or by traditional telehealth/in-office therapy.

18+ years experience providing psychotherapy to clients ages 13+ with a broad range of concerns.
