My Background and Approach
My work focuses on experiential humanistic therapy which means in part that my role is to collaborate, support, and provide insight rather than play expert. I truly believe you have all you need to succeed, but we can work through the stuckness and old ways of being in the world that no longer serve you. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I truly believe in the power of a strong, authentic, working relationship with your therapist. To such a point, that if I'm not it then I will work with you to find someone that is. I love my job because I am challenged toward growth and learning to support my clients better and I rise to the occasion gladly. That being said, I will not claim to be any kind of expert on your life - only you can do that. Our work together will look like increasing clarity, awareness, confidence, strength, and agency through guidance, support, collaboration, and challenging old patterns to help you be your most authentic self.
