I'm in the community and have taken gender affirming care trainings and consultations and ongoing self-education; this is one of my passions.

I've been a couples and individual counselor for many years and have taken advanced trainings in attachment - the science and practice of forming secure bonds.

I have been a dancer, movement/performing artist, mindfulness meditation teacher, and somatic therapist for many, many years; and dance my whole life. I am passionate about guiding others to gently inhabit their bodies fully and find safety, pleasure, and unlimited joy there.

This underlies all my work - it's of upmost importance that you trust me, feel safe with me, feel that I'm a full and real human being with you in the room, feel reflected, validated, seen, mirrored, and delighted in.

I've taken IFS Level 1, a year long training, and have practiced this for several years; I am passionate about working with all the parts of you -- seeing each part as incredibly resourceful, resilient, and able to heal.
