Individuals who are interested in creating or restoring balance in their lives, as well as, looking to establish authority as the expert of themselves with the hopes of having a supportive guide on their journey. Individuals who want support to assist with exploring life experiences and the impact those experiences have on the mind, body, and spirit connection.
My Background and Approach
Most sessions are Strength-Based but the type of therapy is based on the needs of the individual. My goal for individuals is to accept therapy is not a linear process and to provide helpful insight to shift perspectives and challenge self limiting beliefs, while providing positive encouragement to accomplish personal goals. This goal will be achieved by creating partnership and using mindfulness tools. Individuals can be expected to be acknowledged, challenged, and empowered.

You are the expert of you. No matter where you are in your journey of life, the goal is to provide acknowledgment, support, and empowerment, for you to work through life’s transitions while managing and/or maintaining your mental and emotional well-being.
