My Background and Approach
I love holding safe, accepting, and authentic space for clients and respect that you already have everything you need within you to heal. I use evidence-based tools and practices, have been in practice for several years, have additional training in trauma, play therapy, and EMDR, and have worked with a variety of clients from many different populations.
