I take a strengths-based, collaborative approach to therapy to help those coping with life's challenges increase their wellbeing and meet their goals. I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, ADHD, trauma, identity issues, relationship problems, and life transitions.
My Background and Approach
I am a person-centered, relational therapist utilizing multiple techniques, from dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and internal family systems. I am also a trained art therapist, for those who are interested in exploring creative expression in the therapeutic space, I bring the additional tools of art, play, and mindfulness.
