Accepting Clients

Hi there! I'm so happy you're here to begin your journey to becoming. I'm looking forward to connecting more!

Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Denver, CO

About My Clients

We are all becoming. Becoming more confident, more weighed down by the stressors of life and our relationships, more independent, and more unsure of our identity or place in the world. And the most confusing part: all of those ‘becomings’ are happening at the same time. How are we able to celebrate the joys in our worlds while feeling tied to pressures that are both external to us and internal, hitting close to vulnerable wounds?

My Background and Approach

I am a fully licensed clinical social worker in Colorado! I have experience working with individuals across the lifespan and in varying demographics through my work in the community. I have completed the EFT externship for couple's work, and have a certificate in marriage and family therapy! I support both individuals and couples at any point of their own unique life’s journey. My aim to unburden anxiety, feelings of loneliness, negative self-image, depression, grief, complex family and relational dynamics, and feelings of ‘stuckness’ and helplessness sits at the forefront of my mission. Through the use of strength and values based lenses, we will work together to understand and rewrite your narrative of becoming. My own values of authenticity, community, humor, adventure, and justice strongly influence how I show up both inside and outside of the therapy room. Above all, our connection means the most to me - please reach out for a consult!

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As a mental health therapist, it’s vital that I foster beliefs that prioritize empathy, growth, and respect for each client’s unique journey. Believing in a client’s capacity for change, regardless of their challenges, helps create an empowering, hopeful environment. I offer a non-judgmental, compassionate, and strength-based approach that enables clients to feel safe and understood. I embrace a holistic perspective acknowledges the interconnectedness of mental, physical, emotional, and social well-being. I respect cultural differences, maintain boundaries, and practice self-care to ensure a balanced and professional approach. A collaborative, client-centered mindset is key to effective therapy, and I recognize that healing is often non-linear. I believe that every person deserves an inclusive therapeutic space where clients can grow, heal, and thrive at their own pace, guided by a therapist who is grounded, compassionate, and committed to their well-being.
