Working from a perspective that is Humanistic and Mindfulness informed, I help people build a connection with the inner guidance that is our natural source of healing and growth. I help treat a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, adjustment to life transitions, identity development, and spiritual exploration.

I offer a safe and compassionate space where you will be encouraged to gain self-awareness, while honoring your own strengths and personal values. This exploration of your lived experience - of thought, emotion, sensation, and behavior - can empower you to make conscious, creative choices toward personally meaningful change and a more fulfilling life. It can take a lot to reach out for help and to confront the challenges or questions we face. The process of finding a good fit with a therapist can add to that challenge and I want to recognize the strength it takes to have made it to this point. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have completed specialized training in Psychedelic Harm Reduction and Integration, and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy with Fluence. I am continually inspired by the opportunity to support my clients in building a connection with their own inner guidance.
