My approach is integrative and client-centered. I tailor sessions to meet the unique needs of the individuals I work with. I am most passionate about working with individuals with trauma, sexuality/gender, body image and ADHD/ASD. I have a passion to assist individuals to improve their personal and interpersonal challenges and help them to achieve their goals. I strive to be an approachable and relatable partner in the therapeutic process with my clients throughout their road to recovery and self-improvement. I work with my clients to develop their toolbox to life by developing techniques and solutions to assist in their growth and healing process. I really enjoy engaging with a diverse clientele and feels that a key component in helping people heal and grow is the connection.

Life is an adventure, healing can be one of the most rewarding and beautiful adventures there is. I'm consistently reminded, through the eyes of my clients, as to why I became a therapist. Mental health struggles don't have to keep you from the life you are able to live. It is a journey to work on yourself and I am aware how many twists and turns this journey can take as I am always working on growth within myself as well. My objective as a therapist is to work alongside you in healing wounds, restoring peace and working through the barriers. I am a firm believer in meeting you where you are and going at your individual pace. I work with my clients to develop a plan that best will suit your individual needs. I believe strongly in the mind and body connection and will work to reconnect them through the healing process.
