Do you occasionally worry that you're about to have an anxiety attack? Have you experienced unexpected anxiety more times than you can remember? I completely understand how you're feeling, including your racing heart, shortness of breath, and sense that the walls are closing in and you need to go outside immediately. I don't want you to have to go through attacks much longer since they may be terrible. I'm excited to provide you the skills you need to reclaim your life.
My Background and Approach
I'll provide you with some tools that I've developed over the course of my career working with folks just like you. I've got a ton of them. I want you to be able to carry around at least five distinct tools and methods at all times. Thus, wherever you travel, you'll always have access to quiet activities that can provide comfort right away. I am straightforward and goal-oriented. We'll collaborate to find a solution to the current anxiety attacks that are troubling you. We'll begin by discussing the present situation and how to regain control of your body and mind. My work has been centered on assisting clients in overcoming anxiety, depression, and various other psychiatric illnesses for the past 4 years. I have participated in trainings that evidence-based methods. We'll discuss what happens in your brain when you experience anxiety and how to communicate with various brain regions to experience relief.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I think everyone has the capacity to develop and change at any point in their lives. I think there is no upper limit to what humans are capable of. I believe that bad learned behaviors that we have acquired along the road are the primary source of our mental health concerns. In other words, I believe you can unlearn the unhealthy behaviors and switch them out for good ones. I experienced terrible anxiety and panic episodes as a youngster. I discovered coping mechanisms and ways to get over my anxiety via my own treatment, which helped me regain control over it. I haven't experienced a panic attack in a long time, and I want you to enjoy the same freedom I do. No one is subject to discrimination from me.
