Many people that select to work with me, are struggling to feel joy, meaning, self-esteem, or balance in their lives or might be lacking in areas of their lives, such as in education, career, or family life.
My Background and Approach
As a Licensed Social Worker and a few months from earning my PHD, I strive to make therapy a comfortable and inclusive place for all clients. I am ready to listen and support you with genuine curiosity and with deep respect for your lived experiences. I have advanced training working with various mental health diagnosis's.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I feel it is important to provide IMMEDIATE ONLINE THERAPY (VIDEO) OPENINGS and flexibility for you to schedule. I provide dates and times weekends, days, nights and holidays. I also don’t think that there is a one-size-fits-all “recipe” for any concern. I see therapy as an individualized and collaborative experience. Working together, we can draw on your values, knowledge, skills, and hopes in discussing how to navigate challenges in your life. My warmth, curiosity, respect, and patience help create a supportive environment for these conversations. I deeply believe that your perspectives and experiences matter, and I see therapy as an opportunity to collaboratively explore what is important to you. My approach supports various styles based on what the client needs. I also integrate motivational interviewing, mindfulness, person-centered, solution-focused, and cognitive-behavioral approaches.
