I work with preteens, teens, and adults navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, gender and sexual identity exploration, and life transitions. I know how hard it can be to ask for help, but I firmly believe that everyone deserves a safe, non-judgmental space to process their struggles and grow.

My approach is rooted in evidence-based therapeutic methods, including mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, art therapy techniques, and a person-centered framework.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that anyone willing to put in the effort has the power to change. My mental health journey, including recovery from addiction and alcoholism, has been one of self-discovery, resilience, and profound personal growth. Through this process, I’ve learned that our struggles do not define us—it’s how we choose to face and overcome them that truly matters.
