About My Clients
Do you often experience apprehension that an anxiety attack may occur unexpectedly? Have you encountered episodes of unexpected anxiety so frequently that you have lost count? I understand the sensations that come with it: the rapid beating of the heart, difficulty breathing, the sense of being trapped and the urgent need to escape. Such attacks can be extremely frightening, and I want to help you overcome them.
My Background and Approach
I am trained in a variety of evidence-based therapy modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I tailor my approach to each client's individual needs, and work collaboratively with them to develop goals and strategies for addressing their concerns. I am deeply committed to creating a therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and understanding. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and healing, and I am honored to support my clients on their journey towards greater well-being and fulfillment.
