About My Clients
I work best with people who feel like they don’t quite fit the mold—whether you’re neurodivergent (ADHD, autism), LGBTQIA+, healing from trauma, or just tired of feeling misunderstood. My clients are often deep thinkers, emotionally intense, or struggling with relationships and self-doubt. You might feel like you’re stuck in patterns that aren’t serving you, and you’re ready for something different.
My Background and Approach
Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly a decade working in behavior analysis, special education, and coaching individuals with neurodivergence and behavioral challenges. That background gives me a unique lens when working with ADHDers, autistic individuals, and those struggling with emotional regulation or executive dysfunction. I’m trained in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic work, mindfulness-based interventions, and acceptance-based approaches. I take a practical yet deeply reflective approach, blending strategies to help you regulate emotions, process trauma, and navigate relationships in a way that aligns with your values. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you—you’re not broken. It’s about unpacking the survival strategies that no longer serve you, finding what actually works, and embracing the messy, complex, and authentic version of yourself. Whether you need help with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, or just figuring out who you are.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about reclaiming who you were before the world told you who to be. I’m deeply passionate about neurodivergence, queer identity, trauma recovery, and attachment work, and I create space for people who feel like they’ve had to mask or suppress parts of themselves to survive. I advocate for LGBTQIA+ rights, mental health accessibility, and neurodivergent-affirming therapy. I also believe in honest, no-BS therapy—I’m not the type to sit back and nod while you go in circles. I’ll challenge you, encourage you, and help you see the patterns that might be holding you back. Outside of therapy, I’m an avid gardener, a RuPaul’s Drag Race fan, and a lover of all things creative and introspective. I know what it’s like to unmask, process trauma, and build a life that finally feels like mine, and I want to help you do the same. If any of this resonates with you, let’s connect. Therapy should feel like a place where you can yourself.
