Myy ideal client is Curious, Self aware, holistic health interested. I work closely with adults ages 17-85. All gender and sexual expressions welcome. I look forward to working with you!
My Background and Approach
I am very committed to our work. I focus on Gestalt therapy which is looking at how your relational patterns are helping and not helping your life. I am a big believer in self actualization. I also do EMDR which a somatic therapy which is the most effective treatment for ridding the body and mind of trauma. I'm very sex positive. I am comfortable w being versatile with treatment; because of my holistic orientation I am happy to see you, and then you with a partner and back, etc.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I'm very passionate about social equality, Black Lives matter, animal welfare. I am a parent, so parenting issues as well are something I help people with. My goal is for your life to feel as amazing as possible. This means that we address all areas of your life. I am very direct and collaborative.
