My Background and Approach
I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. My clinical experience includes extensive training in psychodynamic therapy at The Maple Counseling Center in Beverly Hills, where I provided psychotherapy to individual adults and facilitated two Process Groups - the Gay Men's Group and the Queer Space Group. I have also worked at Bridges to Recovery residential inpatient treatment facility in Beverly Hills and The Pepperdine West Los Angeles Community Clinic. I utilize this diverse skill set and background to meet each client’s unique needs; curating a treatment plan based on psychodynamic, humanistic, and existential theories; mindfulness; and trauma-based practices. I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (AMFT136256) at Amanda Jablon & Associates. I am supervised by Amanda Jablon, LCSW (LCSW #82020).
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My therapeutic values are rooted in compassion, respect, collaboration, non-judgment, humor, insight, and client empowerment. I am a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, dedicated to providing sex/gender affirming care.
