My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My personal beliefs about the role of therapy in our lives and our world include : -Therapy is a space for people to explore what is alive for them, without judgement or assumptions. -In therapy, we can learn how to listen to our own inner guidance and trust the wisdom of our bodies. -Therapy is a journey of self-discovery that can lead to greater clarity, creativity, and connection in our lives. -Therapy can be a revolutionary act that helps us deconstruct the harmful messages we've internalized from oppressive systems. -In therapy, we can learn how to nurture ourselves and others with care and compassion. -Therapy is an investment in our wellbeing that can have ripple effects far beyond the therapy room. I also believe that we are all connected, and that our individual experiences are shaped by the collective systems and energy of the world around us.
