Navigating anxiety can feel overwhelming, confusing, and isolating, sometimes even agitating other existing conditions. Working together we can identify healthy coping skills, grounding techniques, and boundary setting and the confidence to meet your anxiety face-to-face and prioritize protecting your peace.

Persistent feelings of sadness, a loss of interest in activities, and social isolation can all be symptoms of depression. Together we can work on developing skills to improve feelings of motivation and desire while also prioritizing your self-care setting treatment goals that feel realistic and attainable.

The sensitive nature of identifying, discussing, and treating sexual problems should be met with gentleness and a non-shaming and non-stigmatizing therapist. I look forward to supporting you with compassion and kindness to develop understanding utilizing therapeutic modalities including psychotherapy, mindfulness, and addressing past trauma while further developing your agency and autonomy.
