About My Clients
It's hard being human. We don't come with an owner's manual. There's no certain formula for how to succeed at life. Often we don't even know what we want, or what will truly make us happy. We just know: "I want to feel better." Being human is incredibly messy and immensely complicated, and everyone gets stuck sometimes. Many different things happen that can cause us to get stuck: grief and loss, trauma, issues in relationships, LGBT+ or other identity issues.
My Background and Approach
I do this by providing a safe space where everyone is invited to be just who they are and see how caring can transform us from within. I seek to be a wise companion for you as we walk this small part of your life's journey together: to listen without judgment, to speak with compassion and, to reflect with integrity all that you choose to share with me.
