My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am dedicated to helping clients heal by building a solid therapeutic relationship and utilizing various therapeutic modalities to foster growth and healing. Every brain is unique and uniquely wired. My work is centered around the understanding that we all have different ways of thinking, feeling, and experiencing the world. My therapeutic philosophy centers around a personalized and collaborative approach, ensuring clients feel safe, supported, challenged, and engaged. I integrate elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, and Expressive Therapies in my work. My methods are informed by neuroscience, utilizing brain-based techniques and nervous system regulation strategies. My clinical approach is grounded in Attachment and Ecological Systems Theory, which focuses on building strong, supportive, and collaborative relationships with my clients.
